Applications that are incomplete will result in having to re-apply and will incur a £3.00 Administrative fee. Re-issue of licence due to loss or applicant error will incur a £7.00 administrative fee
Allow at least 21 days for licence to be issued.
A gymnast transferring from one club to another will be designated as "unattached" and will not be permitted to compete for the new club or wear the club's colours for a period of one year from the date shown on the release/transfer form.
However, if the transfer is arranged by the club's chief coach, as a recommendation to go to another club, a letter stating the facts of the case must be included with the release/transfer form, then the above restrictions will not apply and the gymnast may compete immediately.
